These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reseller Descriptions website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. Reseller Descriptions is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any online resale marketplace platform.
The Service provides AI-generated product listing titles and descriptions designed to assist users selling items on online resale marketplaces. Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before publishing or using it on third-party platforms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: .Provide accurate and complete information when registering. .Keep your login credentials secure. .Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service operates using a credits-based system. Credits are required to generate AI listings through the platform. Credits may be purchased through the website or granted through promotional codes. Credits will be deducted when a listing is successfully generated. If a generation fails due to a technical error, credits may be automatically refunded. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you delete your account, any unused credits remaining on the account will be permanently lost and will not be refunded. Credits may also be removed if an account remains inactive for an extended period of time.
Payments for credits are processed through a third-party payment processor. We use Stripe to process payments securely. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Except where required by law, all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, including any unused credits remaining at the time an account is deleted.
You agree not to: Use the Service for illegal purposes Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform Attempt to bypass payment systems or credit limitations Upload harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content Use automated systems or bots to abuse the Service We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.
Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. We do not guarantee that generated listings will lead to sales or improved marketplace performance. Users are responsible for ensuring that any listings created comply with the rules and policies of the platforms on which they are published.
We aim to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reseller Descriptions shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: Loss of profits Marketplace penalties or account restrictions Errors in AI-generated content Service interruptions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Users may delete their account at any time through their account settings. Account deletion is permanent. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Deleting an account will permanently remove associated account data stored by the Service, subject to any data we are required to retain by law. Any unused credits remaining on the account at the time of deletion will be lost and will not be refunded, except where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Service after any changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
